Corina Zatreanu Glenn
Counsel
Ms. Zatreanu Glenn practises in the areas of corporate and securities law with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Zatreanu Glenn's transactional experience includes domestic and cross-border public and private corporate finance transactions representing issuers and underwriters as well as merger and acquisitions transactions primarily in the energy and natural resources industries. She also advises Canadian public issuers on general corporate and securities law matters including stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations and other regulatory compliance issues.
Prior to joining Irwin Lowy LLP, Corina was a partner at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (Toronto) (now Dentons LLP).
