Andrea joined Irwin Professional Corporation as an associate in 2006. She practices in corporate law and securities law with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts from Mcgill University in 2000. She attended law school at the University of Ottawa where she obtained a Civil Law degree in 2003 (Cum Laude) and a Common Law degree in 2004 (Hons.).
Andrea was called to the Quebec Bar in 2005 and the Ontario Bar in 2006.
