Eric Lowy

Practice
Eric practices securities and corporate law. His practice emphasizes corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions for public companies, as well as public company governance and regulation. He has experience acting for both issuers and investment dealers in public offerings, including private placements, prospectus offerings (long and short form) and "bought deal" financings. He has participated in a number of take-over bids, acquisitions, Capital Pool Company formations and qualifying transactions. Eric advises public companies on corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and regulatory matters, and he provides on-going securities law compliance advice to TSX and TSXV listed issuers. He currently serves on the Board and acts as corporate secretary of several public and private companies.
