John Doran

Representing public and private clients, John Doran advises on mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance matters, including private equity and public markets transactions.

Before joining Irwin Professional Corporation in 2008, Mr. Doran was engaged by various companies in the technology and telecommunications sector, including JumpTV, where his mandate was the revitalization and reconstitution of the organization’s legal department, and Globalive Communications Corp., where he spent 9 years as director of the company’s legal and regulatory department.

Mr. Doran received his Bachelor and Master of Arts from the University of Toronto, as well his Juris Doctor in 1999 from the university’s Faculty of Law.
