• experience with projects at every stage in the company cycle from initial staking, seed financing, early
  stage exploration, planning and executing drill programs, resource definition and scoping and feasibility
  studies, to project finance and production
• international experience in countries throughout the world
• expertise with all mining related commercial documentation, including financing documentation, joint
  venture, royalty, option and sale transaction agreements
• applicable general securities law, including compliance and governance experience
